About Amelia National

Amelia National homes are being built by both Riverside Homes and ICI Homes. The neighborhood is home of the Amelia National Golf and Country Club. This is an 18 hole par 72 course designed by Thomas Fazio.  Homes began construction in 2005 and there are still homesites available.  HOA dues are currently $660/yr and CDDs vary by lot.  Riverside Homes will pay off CDD bond with a new home purchase.  Properties range from .15 to .8 acres.  Homes range from 1,900 to over 5,000 sf and have 3 to 6 bedrooms.  Some new homes may not appear in the MLS.  Check ICI’s Builder Inventory.  For more information on Riverside Homes, call 360-434-4305.
