Fleming Island offers a wide variety of homes for sale.  The island is located just south of Jacksonville in Clay County.  The largest neighborhoods are Eagle Harbor, Fleming Island Plantation and Pace Island.  The island offers plenty of outdoor activities from walking, jogging and biking along the coast to Black Creek Park on the south end for hiking and biking trails.  Fleming Island is home to about 27,000 Floridians.
