Newest Homes for Sale in Florida

2019 Real Estate Market

Similar to 2018, we are experiencing low inventory due to fewer Existing Home sales.  The number of homes for sale in Florida is just over 3 months supply.  This is shorter than a “healthy” 4-6 months of inventory, per NAR.  New homes are being built throughout the region.  However, this is not keeping pace with demand.
